Culinary Tip

Prepare, gather and have ready all your ingredients in front of you before you begin cooking – this is known as mis en place.


  1. Just scoop vanilla ice cream into a bowl and allow it to soften slightly.
  2. Sprinkle on Robertsons Ginger (about 2 ml per scoop), as well as the crushed biscuits.
  3. Stir until it is well distributed throughout the ice cream.
  4. Then refreeze and enjoy once the ice cream is firm again.
