Ginger Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Just scoop vanilla ice cream into a bowl and allow it to soften slightly. Sprinkle on Robertsons ginger (about 2 ml per scoop), as well as the crushed biscuits.
  2. Stir until it is well distributed throughout the ice cream.
  3. Then refreeze and enjoy once the ice cream is firm again.
