Ginger Ice Cream
Culinary TipPrepare, gather and have ready all your ingredients in front of you before you begin cooking – this is known as mis en place.
- Just scoop vanilla ice cream into a bowl and allow it to soften slightly.
- Sprinkle on Robertsons Ginger (about 2 ml per scoop), as well as the crushed biscuits.
- Stir until it is well distributed throughout the ice cream.
- Then refreeze and enjoy once the ice cream is firm again.
